MOTION CM Ford to excuse CMs Schachter and Oladele. Seconded CM Watson. Approved 4-0
* Because an agreement was not negotiated, the motion of December 7th, concerning rezoning of the Addison Row property, was nullified.
MOTION CM Callahan that the letter drafted by the Mayor and Council be sent to the Prince George’s County Planning Board for their consideration in support of the rezoning application A-9811 to rezone the property from I-1, I-2 and CO to MXT. Seconded CM Watson. Approved 4-1, CM Oslik against, Mayor cast 4th affirmative vote.
